Rongai 6

Kilimanjaro

A quiet, peaceful, yet still challenging trek through remote, barren farmlands onto the forest trail and up into the deserted moorland and onto the summit peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. This trail has 6 days hiking and 5 nights camping on the mountain. The Rongai route is less well known and therefore much less busier than other routes giving the chance to witness a variety of wildlife on the lower slopes. It is quite possible that you won't come across any other groups as you climb which gives a wonderful sense of isolation away from the busy crowds
