Pack your bags and head out from Christchurch along Lake Tekapo, over Lindis Pass, and through McKenzie Country.
Stop for lunch (own expense) at Mount Cook Village, located at the foot of New Zealand´s highest peak, Aorangi (Mount Cook). Approximately one hour will be spent at Mount Cook, leaving you time to explore some of the trails in and around the village. Alternatively, your tour director can help you schedule flight seeing which is highly recommended (at own cost) enabling you experience some of the most dramatic alpine and glacier scenery in the world.
Afterwards, your tour continues to Queenstown via the fruit growing area of Cromwell. Arrive in Queenstown in the late afternoon for transfer to your hotel.
This tour runs from approximately 7:30am to 6:30pm.
