Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Rome
Arrive in Rome (before 14:30) and make your way to our resort where you will meet up with the rest of the tour group (Meeting details can be found on our website). Join us for local guided walking tour combining ancient wonders with Renaissance master pieces, capture the moment at the Spanish steps, en-route throwing your lucky penny into the Trevi Fountain, as we head past the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Roman Forum and end at the Colosseum!

Day 2: Rome and Vatican City
This is your free day to explore the ancient city of Rome or join our optional tour of the Vatican City - with an area of only 44 hectares, is officially the smallest country in the world, let alone Europe! Head to the opera, grab a slice of pizza, try some regional wine, or banter with the locals. The day is yours to do with as you please. Do as the Romans do! But don’t forget your camera.

Day 3: Rome Free Day
Your free day to do spend as you wish. Head into Rome to spend the day at leisure, or kick back and soak up the rays at the resort, cold drinks and good vibes, this is the life… Italian style!

Day 4: Rome to Venice
As we make our way to one of Europe’s most romantic cities, Venice, the city which stretches across 117 islands. You will begin your evening with an orientation walk with your tour leader, discovering why Venice is such a ‘must see’ destination. You can see the Rialto Bridge, St Mark’s Square, the Bridge of Sighs and the Doge’s Palace.

Day 5: Venice Free Day
A free day to explore Venice on your own. We recommend visiting the famous sites or checking out some of the islands by vaporetto (ferry). Alternatively you can simply relax and soak up the sun on the sandy beaches at Lido or watch a glass blowing/lace making demonstration on Murano/ Burano Islands.

Day 6: Venice - Switzerland
Today as we head for Switzerland say “hello” to the majestic Swiss Alps. Enjoy the truly spectacular drive arriving at a mountain village in the heart of the Grindlewald region.

Day 7: Jungfrau, Swiss Alps Free Day
Enjoy a free day to explore and take in the spectacular local scenery. One of the ‘must see’ highlights of this tour is to opt to travel to the ‘Top of Europe’ – Jungfraujoch. The views will leave you breathless (and that isn’t just because of the high altitude!). This 4000m glacier has a beauty all of its own, and the combination of ice, snow, rock and epic views will stay with you for life. There is snow all year round, so you can make a snow man or have a snowball fight in the middle of summer!

Day 8: Switzerland - Liechtenstein - Munich
Depart Jungfrau for Germany with a lunch stop in Liechtenstein. Arrive in Munich famous for the ‘Oktoberfest’ in time to check in to your accommodation and enjoy a tasty German meal in a traditional beer hall.

Day 9: Munich - Vienna
After the antics in Munich, enjoy the absolute breathtaking drive to Austria’s lively capital, Vienna. We will take you on a guided tour of the city. Take in the atmosphere of cosmopolitan Vienna, with plenty of history, shopping and places to eat, it ’s a cultural extravaganza.

Day 10: Vienna - Budapest
Today we head east towards one of the most beautiful cities in Europe - Budapest in Hungary. With numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites to behold, we start our experience with a driving tour, and leave you with a free afternoon to explore Budapest as you wish. A walk besides the famous Danube River is the perfect finish to a perfect day.

Day 11: Budapest - Bratislava - Prague
Explore the historic streets of Bratislava for lunch before heading to the Czech Republic’s lively capital, Prague.

Day 12: Prague Free Day
After your guided walking tour enjoy your free day in Prague, Europe’s (and one of the world’s) most popular tourist destinations. Enjoy the many old buildings with beautiful murals on them, before an indescribable night out that will leave you spinning from the range of beers.

Day 13: Prague - Dresden - Berlin
As we head to another amazing city, we have free time in Dresden for lunch; why not try some of the local food like bratwurst. Then we head to Germany’s largest city, Berlin. With so much to offer Berlin is a city of culture, politics, media, and science so enjoy the city and all its famous sites. Tonight you can enjoy and explore the cool, weird and wonderful bars and clubs of Berlin!

Day 14: Berlin
Free time to explore Berlin in your own time. Berlin is a mix of old and new, East and West!

Day 15: Berlin to Amsterdam
The last destination on your trip is Amsterdam. After a walking tour of the Red Light District the rest of the night is yours to enjoy.

Day 16: Amsterdam to London
Before heading back to London, we take you around the Dutch countryside on a bicycle tour, where you will be able to see the town of Edam, see windmills and taste some traditional Dutch cheese. After this we head back to London, don’t forget to write down all of your buddies’ contact details!
